Invention Pathways Pty Ltd is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information only to identify your orders and to personalise your shopping experience with us.

Invention Pathways Pty Ltd uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Invention Pathways Pty Ltd only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.

Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all on-line purchases through the new2market™ website and should be read in conjunction with the Disclaimer.

These Terms and the Laws of Queensland, Australia apply to all transactions for the purchase of products listed on this website between Invention Pathways Pty Ltd and the Buyer.

Prices

The prices the Buyer is to pay for all products is Invention Pathways Pty Ltd current selling price at the time of receipt by Invention Pathways Pty Ltd of the Order, less any applicable discounts in effect at the time. These prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST tax at 10%.

Invention Pathways Pty Ltd reserves the right to change its prices from time to time without prior notice to the Buyer.

Stock Availability

If a product is “out of stock” when Invention Pathways Pty Ltd processes an Order, Invention Pathways Pty Ltd will contact the Buyer and arrange revised delivery times or refund options.

Orders Delivery

When purchasing through the new2market™ website full and correct details as requested must be provided. Without limit these include –
    Name of Buyer
    Street address
    Contact telephone number

The Buyer must complete all information requested on this website and credit card payment sites before the Order will be processed by Invention Pathways Pty Ltd.

Delivery of a Product will occur within seven (7) working days after acceptance of Order.

Delivery Charges

All products purchased through the new2market™ website are subject to freight charges as shown at checkout at the time of purchase transaction.

Overseas Orders

Invention Pathways Pty Ltd will receive orders from Overseas Buyers, however special terms and conditions may apply and the Buyer should contact Invention Pathways Pty Ltd via email in order to clarify the conditions applying to their specific order and its delivery.

Refunds and Warranties

We do not give refunds if you:
-    Simply change your mind
-    Make a wrong product choice
-    Install or use the product incorrectly

You can choose between an exchange, credit or a refund where the product:
-    Is faulty
-    Incorrectly described
-    Is different to the image shown
-    Does not do what it was designed to do.

Some products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Invention Pathways Pty Ltd will adhere to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty for these products.

If products are found to be faulty, the Buyer must notify Invention Pathways Pty Ltd via email within seven (7) days so that return and replacement can be arranged.

Return of Goods

If the Buyer has received a wrong order, Invention Pathways Pty Ltd will cover the cost of returning the order to the warehouse and ensuring delivery of the correct order to the Buyer. Invention Pathways Pty Ltd require notification via email of wrong orders within seven (7) days of receiving shipment.
